Return & Refund policy

1. Our return policy at Amishka Jewels spans a duration of 15 days from the date of item receipt. Within this period, you have the option to request a return.

2. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags intact and in its initial packaging. Additionally, a crucial step in this process is recording a video during the unboxing of the parcel from the sealed POD bag. Retaining the receipt or proof of purchase is also essential.

4. Upon acceptance of your return, our team will coordinate a pickup directly from your registered address. Once the returned parcel is received at our warehouse, our team will examine the returned product for any damage, and then commence the refund process.

5. Damages and other issues should be promptly reported upon receiving your order. If the item is defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item is received, please contact us immediately. We will require an video taken during the unboxing of the parcel from the sealed POD bag. This enables us to assess the issue and take corrective measures. 

6. Please note that returns are not applicable for gift cards.

7. Additionally, it is important to be aware that while the majority of PIN codes support both forward and reverse services, there may be rare instances where certain PIN codes are only forward-serviceable and not reverse-serviceable. In such exceptional cases, we may suggest the use of an alternative courier service, such as India Post, for returning the product. We will promptly reimburse all reasonable shipping costs incurred by you for processing such returns, up to a limit of Rs 90.

If the charges for return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc., surpass Rs. 90, any excess charges beyond this amount will be deducted from the customer's refund. In situations where the PIN code is non-serviceable, it becomes the customer's responsibility to return the jewelry to our warehouse. The customer will be eligible for a reimbursement of Rs 90 towards shipping charges, which will be included with their refund.

8. For exchanges, the most efficient process is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

9. Refund notifications will be sent after we receive and inspect your return. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some additional time.
